**What do you like best about ORNATE-NX?**

Most helpfull and important is about software that it is fully automated and fully customizable. Best thing is Software filles rate and making charge automatically. Also lots of things

**What do you dislike about ORNATE-NX?**

Drawdown is its expense. Buying software is pricy and support tickets also brings at a high cost. Another bad thing is it doesn't have shortcut keys like tally.

**What problems is ORNATE-NX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ornate helping in automated billing. And they set up server so that you can use same account to multi computets. You also can assign roles for different computers like Person A will handle billing department, Person 2 will handle Tagging Department
