One thing modern revenue/demand marketing teams can agree on is they want to understand the role their programs play in driving revenue and how they can then do more of the things that are making an impact. ORM helps you do exactly that (and more). You can use their technology to report at a high level on MQL's, SQL's and revenue and dig deep into program and channel performance (down the keywords, ad campaigns, etc). They take away any reliance on sales teams to correctly update fields in SFDC and use their own technology to look across your marketing tech stack to see how marketing really did influence a deal. We have been a customer of ORM since 2016 and have seen the platform grow exponentially. This isn't a dislike at all but there is just SO much information available to consume. It can get overwhelming but the team is great at pointing you to key data points for your business and helping you distill what is important for you, your team and your leadership. Like many businesses our team is moving fast and moves from execution of one program to the other without spending nearly enough time on optimizing and program analysis. ORM has given us the power to understand the impact of our programs without a lot of work AND their reports direct us on where we should focus our efforts in the future. We want to be spending time and resource on programs that drive revenue and ORM allows us to do exactly that. We harness the power of their insights during quarterly business reviews, annual planning cycles, sales and marketing alignment meetings and campaign wrap ups. It helps us know what digital programs are working, where we should spend, what is creating demand and what is converting. I had the opportunity to work with the ORM tool and was impressed with the quality of their services. The ORM tool is the best marketing and sales analysis tool I have ever used, for several reasons. First, the team at ORM Tool is highly qualified and was always available to answer my questions and provide technical support whenever I needed it. This highly qualified team has helped me get into technical sales and marketing details I did not know before. In addition, the ORM tool provides customized dashboards to answer all of my 360 marketing questions very effectively. These dashboards have not only helped me improve the efficiency of my social media strategies, but also in demand generation, events and highly complex analytics. ORM was able to work with our highly customized CRM and marketing automation to help us develop a unique attribution method. Of the many companies that we worked with to try to pull this off, they were the only ones that were able to do it. They built out our custom attribution method in their platform, visualized it, and continue - months after initial implementation - to work with us to help us get additional information out of it, build additional visualizations, facets, and functionality. I'm unsure if it's that they're data scientists first and visualization second, or if it's a matter of the platform being built for customization, or something else entirely, but it did take us a little while to get all the visualizations we want in place that are pretty common with competitors. However, it does seem that once they build out a visualization, it's available for all customers (as we also got some benefits of new functionality we didn't ask for, but are useful), so I imagine that's no longer an issue at this point. Our systems are highly customized to the point of not being able to integrate with most out-of-the-box tools. However, this customization is necessary, as our business functions thoroughly atypically from your standard B2C or B2B. ORM was able to easily work with our systems and our thoroughly different attribution necessities. We now have a much better idea so to the kinds of interactions and marketing influences that drive our revenue. This has already saved us from making some potentially grave errors in marketing efforts, as some profitable initiatives were set not to be renewed, and we also discovered some sales benefits of internal initiatives that we tracked. Customer service is hands down the best feature when dealing with ORM. When I say customer service, not only do I mean it in the standard definition, but also in a technical way. ORM has had many unique challenges thrown at them by myself and my company, and they have not only been there to help us with each step of these updates/changes, but they are always willing to push their system further to get you what you need. If I need to be critical, there are times where some deliverables are slightly behind. However, there is a strong caveat needed here. Often the delivery issues are actually not from ORM, but in my case, AWS was crashing due to the Big Data being used. We have a huge amount of data that needs to be cleaned, sorts, analyzed, and then have ML-based algorithms applied to this data. ORM has been able to do this not only above expectations in what we ask of them, but often give us more than we thought possible. I now have quicker, more accurate reports and data at my fingertips with significantly larger data sources than ever before, and this would not be possible without ORM.
