I like the audit logs in Orion Advisor Technology; they're my favorite feature because they keep people accountable and reduce the chances of getting thrown under the bus. On the planning side, Orion adds value for more goal-oriented clients. It organizes and collects the data I need to build trades effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Orion Advisor Technology? Client portal is our biggest pain point. Our clients are primarily custodied at Charles Schwab and most prefer not to use the portal. The cost basis information is lacking details and navigation is tough on older-less tech savvy-clients. They particularly complain about having to scroll left and right through a box that takes up half the screen. The main difficulty was organizing data and getting it to upload.
