What do you like best about Orion Advisor Technology?

I like nothing about the technology or company. Both leave you with a bag of empty promises. No customer service. And much more workload than we had before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orion Advisor Technology?

It took us more than a year to be onboarded correctly. Whenever there was/are problems Orion blames the advisory firm vs their own systems and processes. I'm. It saying the customer is always right but to Orion, the customer is always wrong because Orion is an infoulable company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There have been quite a few transactions mislabeled or numbers plugged in to make things balance out. These issues have caused performance reports to come out incorrect and require research and fixing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
