My laboratory at Harvard, NYU, and SUNY has used Origin software for more than 2 decades. I find Origin 2024 to be an excellent data analysis platform with which to import complicated Text file data created by plate reader software when screening small molecule investigational compounds. Setting up Origin 2024 on a new Windows PC was effortless. Plus, the Demo version worked perfectly well the first time it was tested. Origin 2024 allowed data manipulation for the creation of high resolution graphs. Origin 2024 was also capable of generating EMF files for further data transfer. Customer support at Origin was excellent. Currently, I use Origin on a daily basis. I highly recommend Origin software. It allows easy integration with commonly used laboratory equipment software. I have been using Origin for years now and what I like best about this software is the ease of use. The tools and the interface helps the researchers to analyze various type and various range of data. Though Origin works very smoothly but sometimes the file crahses and you have to reopen it several times and there is no autosave option which makes a lil hard to maintain the data in case of such crashed or power cut. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
