Easy to update graphs for publication. Also enjoy the ability to make copies of the graphs that integrate into word and can then be updated later on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OriginPro? Some graphing functionality is VERY slow. 3D waterfall plots in particular are difficult to adjust, freely rotate, and update with new data. Built-in features like stats, curve fitting, and other tools are incredibly helpful. I also appreciate that file management is easy with folders, sub-folders, and naming schemes. Once you learn how to use OriginPro it is easy to use but the learning curve is steep and sometimes things aren't very intuitive. It has unique shortcuts that I feel maybe aren't shared across other software, making it a little more time intensive to learn. "Best graphing and data analysis software for all streams" 4/5 What do you like best about OriginPro? It's been 8 years since I was a huge fan of Origin. What graphical and statistical representations we cannot do is a doubting question. Most of my academic and outside academia tasks does very smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about OriginPro? Though I was not a good codes/scripts guy, I say scripts in origin saves a lot of effort. But I did not find a handy place or database easy to use scripts. Of course, there is a big forum for every discussion but keeping very frequent and most used scripts in a place for quick access is lacking even in the latest 2019b.
