What do you like best about Original Software?

The software has been super useful and has helped us to cut down our user acceptance time by about half. It is pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it. The customer service is top notch. They are very involved in the intital setup to help ensure the software is configured in a way that makes sense for your own workflows. They also continue to follow up regurlarly to make sure the product is still working for you and are very responsive to any issues you may have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Original Software?

What do you like best about Original Software?

Thanks for your review, we're pleased you're getting value out of TestAssist! 😊 We have investigated the use of Microsoft Teams and unfortunately it's very memory-intensive which causes a slowdown when sharing TestAssist. To get the best out of TestAssist, we would recommend exploring other platforms for screen share, or perhaps having a means of logging into a central server.This would allow each of your business users to independently conduct these recordings without requiring your assistance. I don't use it enough to be up to speed on it and it is a little difficult to remember all the abilities when not using it often, bu the customer support is always great at helping me figure thing out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
