Policy and compliance software for family-run residential and home care providers in Australia. A live coverage map ties each published policy to the Aged Care Quality Standards and outcomes it covers, filtered to the provider's own service profile, so managers can see which standards are covered and where the gaps sit. An evidence export lists every staff member against every assigned policy, with the version signed and the date, flagged complete, stale, overdue or pending. Staff can ask questions in plain words on a phone or at the nurses' station and get answers drawn from the provider's own policies and the aged care rules, with each part of the answer cited and every AI call audit-logged. A regulatory radar watches for rule changes and shows the policies they affect. The existing policy suite is migrated before go-live and runs alongside the current system until sign-off. Data is hosted in Sydney, Australia, and each provider's data is kept in its own tenant.
