What do you like best about OrgChart?

It provides a real-time view of our organization hierarchy, in a simplified, easy to follow, format. The implementation was very easy, and having a dedicated customer contact helped greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OrgChart?

I think having tailored live web links would be great. Example: a live web link for each department, that only reflects their department data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OrgChart?

This is very similar to the Org application we were using prior so it's been a very smooth transition. The implementation process has gone very well and Francios is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OrgChart?

So far it seems to do what we need. There are a few small things that I believe are being worked on like centering the charts vertically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OrgChart?

generally a good tool to map out org structure designs. you can roll-up metrics to get a topline view, as well as create custom formulas. very responsive customer support. a rep will reach out to me to talk through my issues and the options that will meet my needs. our rep also proactively reaches out just to check in every once in a while. What do you dislike about OrgChart?

set up can be a little cumbersome with setting the formulas. the interface is not always very intuitive and looks a little outdated. currently have to manually input each change so there is opportunity to enhance user experience further with simplification upgrades like batch changes. What do you like best about OrgChart?

Our implementation team met with us several times outside of the scheduled training and set up calls. They answered more questions, tackled more obstacles, and worked with us as partners to get this system set up as a vital tool for our entire company. What do you like best about OrgChart?

The best part about the tool is that it is effectively ready to go for any org at all times. Unless there's a special request for planning, aggregating data, or adjusting formats, org chart requests will take seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most difficult part of the tool is that there are so many options that it may take a little bit of a learning curve to get fully comfortable. With that being said, the ease of a standard org chart being available at all times far outweighs this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OrgChart?

Mackenzie Braden was very patient and provided me the necessary tools to work my orgchart in detail. Being in charge of 5 locations and one in Orlando created some discomfort when updating or creating my org charts.
