The interface is very user-friendly. Org charts are highly customizable and auto-format to an attractive chart for presentation. We had previously been using Powerpoint, which was a formatting nightmare whenever there was a staff change. This was an affordable way to make our charts much more efficient and presentation-ready. Some minor technical issues. On some PDF exports, the LinkedIn links don't always format. A nice feature to add would be website links working in PDF exports. Creating an org chart and amending it as you continue to build is simple. The added benefit of this simplicity is the different views one is able to access. Organimi's numerous customization settings in terms of setting up roles and adding people information are highly convenient for our international organization. We can easily indicate a team member's location from all over the world by utilizing their Smart Legend with corresponding colors per location and also setting up external links in the chart to direct people to the exact information they are looking for. The capability to create unique fields that fit our company culture and diverse team more is a distinguishing characteristic that is highly appreciated. With the transition to version 7.0, some functionalities from the old version were lost. People's information would not easily show up when clicking on role cards, the default setting for viewing the chart is the most zoomed-out option making it hard to navigate, and the fields in their personal information could not read line breaks. Settings adjustments are slightly not intuitive, so you must make several modifications before getting your desired results. But we have seen improvements over the past few months, and with the help of their Help Center, we are able to learn more about the functionalities that would help suit best the requirements of our organizational chart.
