I worked for bigger companies that indeed needed complex HR software and were ready to pay thousands for it. However, right now I'm running a small stealth company with about 10 people, and Organice is exactly what we need: all the essential features for a fraction of the price. Our vacation approval process was quite cumbersome with emails often going unanswered. OrgaNice made it easy be alerting us through Slack, our main way of communicating. We have also found the OrgaNice Team to be very responsive to feedback for new features, and supporting with questions. Definitely a must-have for any organisation.
