WorkforceVision Org Chart Drag & Drop is a Microsoft-certified Power BI custom visual for creating interactive organisational charts and workforce planning scenarios directly in Power BI. Build hierarchies automatically from Employee ID and Manager ID data, then explore and model organisational changes using drag-and-drop editing. Features include scenario planning, dotted-line and matrix reporting, span and layer analysis, employee search, conditional formatting, custom cards, images and icons, change tracking, and export to Excel, PDF and SVG. Designed for HR, People Analytics, Finance and workforce planning teams, it helps organisations visualise reporting structures, model restructures, analyse headcount and support organisation design without moving data into a separate platform.
