We have a usage-based billing structure which we really struggled with in Zuora due to how it was configured. Ordway were attentive to where we were struggling and proposed a setup that provides exactly what we need. Our invoice timing has dropped from the 3rd week of the month to the first already and we are still to integrate Salesforce and our usage data. The UI is intuitive and easy to learn. Some of the reporting is still being built out, however, they have a flexible custom reporting module that provides much of what I need and they have added multiple reports we use to their near-term reporting roadmap. Invoicing was a nightmare, consisted of many workarounds, manual adjustments etc. We had no handle on deferred revenue and no source of record for revenue. Billing systems are usually very mechanical. It can be challenging for most billing software to handle more complex billing schedules and nuances. However, Ordway offers a flexible solution that really impressed our team. Ordway was able to automate everything for us. The implementation team is very quick to respond and worked with us to build features useful for our team. The level of attention is unparalleled. It can be difficult to edit invoices after they are sent, or if you need to add charges. We have had issues with the invoices number changing if edits are made after the invoices is sent.
