We also find new users pick it up very quickly. **What do you dislike about Orderwise?** Sometimes linking it to other software or any special developments we have needed can be quite complex and expensive. **What problems is Orderwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderwise just keeps everything consistent and accurate. We 20,000 + SKUs and Orderwise helps us control and manage these in an efficient and accurate way for costings, data and website information. ### 2. The best ERP solution for any size business **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Anthony R. | IT Technical Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022 **What do you like best about Orderwise?** Orderwise provides us with a complete single-pane overview of our business and gives us valuable insight into how to help our customers get quicker turnaround on orders and how we can save money on purchasing and holding too much stock. **What do you dislike about Orderwise?** The only downside to using Orderwise is that there are no third parties that can develop integrations or add functionality to the Orderwise software, anything you want must be done via their development team and this can be quite costly. Even more annoying is that once you have paid for the work they can use that development to provide other customers with the same functionality. **What problems is Orderwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderwise solved a problem we have with monitoring and transferring stock to multiple warehouses that are not owned by but the goods are. The benefit to us is that we can now do this and therefore manage this stock quicker, easier and most importantly more accurately. ### 3. From inventory control, to E-Commerce website, order fullfillment and CRM. It really make daily business much easier having every needed module under one roof. Customer service is always helpful and really competent. **What do you dislike about Orderwise?** The licencing price is a bit high, but given the quality of the software it is rather acceptable. Mobile Version could be a bit more userfriendly. **What problems is Orderwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory control, order fulfillment and E-commerce integration. This all with one single software solution in order to make processes more secure and effective. ### 4. Particularly when a customer phones up regarding an order, it's very easy to be able to go directly to that order. **What do you dislike about Orderwise?** The only thing I would say, it can be a little slow and the interface is a little clunky. But otherwise is an excellent system. **What problems is Orderwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** With regard to aspects like Customer Service, OrderWise is truly exceptional. It's very intuitive and allows you to be able to get your head round how to use it, allowing our customer service staff to use it affectively and ensure customers are getting what they want. ### 6. We use the system for our trade counter and online operations. These work seamlessly together in one system. A new upgrade is available every month to constantly improve the tools available to you. **What do you dislike about Orderwise?** Support and custom work is on the more expensive side however the solution provided is second to none. **What problems is Orderwise solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to run all parts of our business through one solution. This has massively reduced our daily operational costs and given us time to do what is important in business.
