What do you like best about Orderwerks?

The most helpful thing about Orderwerks, in my opinion, is that it is incredibly user-friendly. Our company uses this system for inventory management, order, and shipment tracking. We also use Orderwerks to track commission and sales reports. The creator, Stephen, is very helpful, and the waiting time for his response is very minimal. What do you like best about Orderwerks?

Orderwerks has been an excellent tool for our company in streamlining and simplifying multiple business operations into one platform. Having our Sales Reps, office staff, and warehouse staff using a single program for processing orders and managing inventory saves us quite a bit of headache and time. Customer service is also top-notch! They work with you as an individual customer instead of a number. Also, Stephen has been fantastic working with us to implement custom add-ons and features unique to our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orderwerks?

Orderwerks can sometimes be difficult to sync correctly with Quickbooks Desktop. Syncing orders over to create Sales Orders & Invoices can generate errors, which have to be resolved manually within Quickbooks on a per order basis. However, this is mainly a Quickbooks issue rather than an Orderwerks issue. Not the most user-friendly for those not very familiar with technology. If you have a very large catalog of products or complex granular,customer-specific pricing, you may run into importing/exporting issues—otherwise, a great program to use. What problems is Orderwerks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We no longer need to have multiple programs trying to communicate with each other. All of our business operations now run through one platform, providing a simpler experience for our team. "Best Sales/Inventory Control Program on the Market"

What do you like best about Orderwerks?

Our business has grown exponentially since using Orderwerks. Because of the detailed program they have created, our sales team now can sell in an organized and efficient way. Our product has many different components to them and they customized and developed an order form/inventroy control program that has been invaluable to our business.

What do you like best about Orderwerks?

Orderwerks is fantastic to work with because they have an open mind and an open program. They create items and abilities designed specifically for your account and your business, providing a one-of-a-kind website tailored to your clients and even your workers. They have so many options to use, and it's up to you if you want to use them all or a select few. Even though they have their client's client in mind to building a website, they take the time to make sure all individuals understand the backside of the website and its functions so that anyone can use it efficiently. There isn't anything that I wouldn't say I like because the things that I dislike can be removed, changed, or even updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orderwerks solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had so many problems that Orderwerks has solved. We chose their services because we had to completely rebuild a new ordering platform that would be user and employee-friendly. We deal with many individual items, and orderwerks has created the ability to deduct correct inventory amounts from our inventory system. Orderwerks has also created an in-house credit card payment system within its site that connects with our accounting provider making receiving payments even more effortless for our team and clients.

The benefits of having Orderwerks is the ability to work with a creative designer and programer who knows the business of the ordering industries and has the understanding that although each sector of the ordering industry may have something different, there can still be one site that can provide a solution for them all. The flexibility, dedication, attention to detail and employee satisfaction are just a few things that you will find when you sign up with Orderwerks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
