When the database would no longer work due to updates to WordPress, I scrambled to find a solution that would fit my small business needs. Most of the pre-packaged database type software I found was for larger companies and not a cost effective solution for us. Then I found Orderwerks. It is a powerful, cost effective tool for my business. Orderwerks was very helpful in getting our information over to their system so that we kept the historical information and were up and running with new orders in under a week. **What do you dislike about Orderwerks?** My only comment would be to increase the usability of the site on a mobile device. I have several field reps and they are often entering orders on their phone. **What problems is Orderwerks solving and how is that benefiting you?** With service and sales people all over the state, it is important for us to have a centralized location for all of our order entry and relevant order data. ### 2. It is easy to use and the customer service from Orderwerks is fantastic. It was easy to get started and easy to learn for all the users in our organization. **What do you dislike about Orderwerks?** Using Orderworks on a mobile device is a little more difficult for some of our users. **What problems is Orderwerks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderwerks allows us to see our customer order through all stages of production. The search features work great and help our efficiency. Orders are much easier to find and customers are kept up to speed on the status of their orders resulting in fewer phone calls checking status. Calls are down and production/sales are up. ### 3.
