# OrderUp Reviews & Product Details

Our software enables restaurant customers to order and pay from their phone. Diners scan a QR code, are brought to a digital menu where they can order food and drinks. Once ordered, the food & drinks are brought to their table. Customers can continue to order throughout the meal, adding to their tab, and paying whenever they want. No more waiting for bills or waiting to order another round. For category, we probably belong with POS systems.

What do you like best about OrderUp?

It's user friendly interface makes my clients ease to use and apart from this I also like it's active customer support service as well as it's easy to learn for new staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OrderUp?

Yet I don't find any such issue in it but yes I would like to see some more advanced inventory management features in future and I wish there have some better ways to input items for sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OrderUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm new in business in which we are providing essential products to user. Firstly I feel quite hard like how I'll setup or add the product but this tool really helps me a lot.
