OrderToAI is an AI answering service built for local businesses that lose revenue to unanswered calls. It answers the phone 24/7 in the business's name and handles real questions using its hours, services, and prices. It can book appointments and reservations with two-way Google and Outlook calendar sync, take pickup orders, text requested links, and transfer callers to a person on request. OrderToAI also helps businesses win back customers. Using the business's own customer list, it calls people who have not returned, holds natural conversations, and books them again. Teams can upload CSV or Excel lists, review transcripts and recordings, manage multiple locations, set budget caps, and use calling-hour, do-not-call, and opt-out controls. Front Desk costs $99.99 per month plus $0.49 per minute of live talk time and includes Win-Back. Win-Back alone costs $49.99 per month plus $0.49 per minute. There is a 5-day free trial, no setup fee, no contract, and no after-hours surcharge.
