What do you like best about OrderLogix?

It works very fast, and the best thing is it is very efficient. All the information of the client gets segregated into parts, so it becomes easier to access the functions in OrderLogix (OLX). What do you dislike about OrderLogix?

Multiple windows for more than 1 customers should be included as sometimes, we as a company have a requirement to check the details of more than 1 customer at a time. And sometimes, it becomes hard to find the client information even when we have all the details available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering OrderLogix:

It's beautiful and fast software and most recommended for Contact centers. I highly recommend Orderlogix to all the organizations involved with e-commerce operations. If you are looking for the best software that can locate all the client details for you and makes it easier for you to work on the client queries, OrderLogix (OLX) is highly recommend for you. What problems is OrderLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been using Orderlogix for a year now, and it's excellent software overall. We use OrderLogix at our company for operations related to e-commerce, and we all love using it. The best feature of OLX is it gives an option to add the notes of the conversation we had with the client/customer. If you have a repetitive client, you can easily access the previous conversation through OLX. We process most client requests using OLX as it is effortless to edit the orders and make any changes. What do you like best about OrderLogix?
