Orderful rules uses low code approach in the EDI rules which makes it easier for business owners to customize the EDI rules per customer/partner and not have to hire technical developer or EDI tecnical consultant to do the job. 2. Because we put in the EDI rules, this means that it is transparent in the Orderful portal and see how it transform from standard EDI input to the custom EDI output. In a traditional EDI setup the EDI partner custom rules are defined somewhere in a layer of code that are not visible to the business. With orderful rules, most of the custom rules are visible and easy to debug if needed. 3. Reduced time for EDI onboarding because it is easy to setup. 4. The "Business number" filter is at the bottom of the transation filters in the orderful portal that I have to drag my mouse before I can search specific transaction. This should be on top because it is a key (invoice #, PO#, shipment #, etc) to the transaction and usually most users have this information on hand. 2. Updated relationship rule that also get applies on delivered message sometime caused confusing and misled the data search. Update rule or new rule should apply on pending or new message, but delivered message will also show the same rule result on UI. The new licensing is confusing and not easily referenced in the application. The application shows relationships based on partner account AND document type. With orderful we created our own integration extracts by Document type with the help of a partner and now maintain that single connection when we add new customers. The support process is easy and the reps are quite knowledgable. Beyond the support team, teh organization responds well to inquiries and suggestions. It is quite a relief and time saver, outsourcing connections (AS2, sFTP ... ) to another capable entity. Using Orderful is very simple and reference documents are quite easy to find. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** Orderful replaces an integration platform but it does not offer an easily accesible EDI reference guide. Therefore, with Orderful, one still needs to find another source for EDI reference. Downloading specs/guidelines is not straightforward, making it hard to share with potential stakeholders, delaying implementations. Finally, rules are shared between test and prod layers, adding a layer of difficulty in testing. **What problems is Orderful EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orderful is great at standardizing implementations making implementations simpler. I think the dashboards can use some tinkering to better understand volumes on a day by day basis or even by days of the week versus monthly. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** This is likely a more individual issue than true gripe, but the inability to have multiple environments open in a single browser. i.e. for Mastery, if I am looking to review both Molo and Loadsmith at same time, when I select Loadsmith in one tab, it also changes the other tab im in. They are helpful and eager to problem solve when issues arise. **What do you dislike about Orderful EDI?** Ease of setup is not as easy with retailers as it would be if you were working with a big provider like an SPS Commerce.
