Orderful is the first system we found that lets us see everything. We had other EDI providers that would not show the raw transactions. Orderful lets us work the way we want to work. They do the heavy lifting of the communications and AS2 translations and we get to work with a good API directly from our ERP system. The support team at Orderful is phenomenal. They are experts in EDI and respond promptly to any roadblock we may be experiencing. It's refreshing to have someone able to jump on a call and work through whatever it is we may be trying to map out. Upon our evaluation, we saw the Orderful platform as a unique alternative to traditional Managed Services or Software as a Service method of EDI integration. The Rules Editor feature in Orderful allowed us to do work typically done by a developer or mapper with a business analyst at our own pace without dependence on multiple resource handoffs slowing us down. Disruptions to the transactional flow in late 2021 caused some cause for concern about the resilience of the platform. However, Orderful has worked to rectify those concerns by investing a great deal in its infrastructure in late 2021 and early 2022. Since the updates to their infrastructure, disruptions are few and far between. As of December 2022, we are seeing 5x the volume compared to the start of the year, and we couldn't have achieved that without a stable EDI integration platform. Orderful has made it possible to drastically cut onboarding time with trading partners by 90% compared to our previous state. Their support team is quick to respond to support inquires, and their team is highly knowledgeable in EDI. Their product offers friendly yet powerful tools that allow us to self onboard and make the needed changes on the fly that we tend to see in our industry. At this time, they do not support XML, and file formatting outbound is strictly X12 EDI. Reports run out of the UI are limited to 30K transactions, but they offer a list API for more robust reporting needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super Friendly and Willing to Help Support/Onboarding Team. Very Easy to Use Interface that looks like it was built recently with quick loading screens instead of older interfaces and lagging interfaces that I have experienced with other EDI providers. The only potential downside is the necessity to use other providers to connect to Orderful. Our prior EDI provider was an all-in-one service to connect to our trading partners and back into our ERP. Orderful makes setting up Trading Partners and Communication Channels quick and easy. We've loved the ability to make changes to our configuration and stand-up resources to support receiving files using their API, SFTP, and AS2 connections. Support has been very quick to provide insightful solutions, and our Onboarding Architect, Travis, has been extremely helpful in the initial configuration as well as troubleshooting issues with Trading Partners and our iPaaS solution. Since Orderful doesn't complete the last mile of the integration, there is a decent amount of work involved to properly map everything into our ERP (Netsuite). They have been helpful in working through some of the issues with translating data using our iPaaS (Workato), but we would have loved if there was a deeper integration with some pre-configured recipes for handling some of these essential EDI documents and ingesting that data into Netsuite.
