We needed a way to integrate our website sales platform with our 3PL and our accounting software. Orderbot provides an automated synchronization between all three and much more. Our website could not hold backorders or preproduction order information so we could never give accurate ETA's to our customers, but Orderbot can hold and process all that information. **What do you dislike about Orderbot?** The interface can be a bit difficult to get used to. It's very functional, but Orderbot has so many features it's easy to get lost. **What problems is Orderbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrating our accounting, sales and inventory/warehousing platforms. ### 2. This efficiency saves our company a lot of time and money. We can focus our resources on growing our company instead of data entry. **What do you dislike about Orderbot?** The data is available and exportable, but I'd like to see enhanced reporting features or the ability to create custom reports easily.
