Order2.ai automates order entry with AI. Your customers keep ordering the way they do today: by email with a PDF attachment. Order2.ai reads every order regardless of the customer's layout, recognizes header and line item data, matches customer and items against your master data and hands the finished order to your ERP as XML. Nobody has to type anything. More than 90% of items are matched correctly and automatically, even with several million items in the master data. Orders are processed immediately, around the clock, including nights, weekends and public holidays. Whether ten or a thousand orders a day, the workload for your team stays the same. There are two ways into your ERP. If you already have an order interface, Order2.ai connects to it directly and the finished XML flows straight into your system. If you don't, Digital Rally, as a software company, builds the interface for your system. Everything comes from one provider. Pricing is per order, tiered by monthly volume: the more orders per month, the lower the price per order. Data is processed on servers in Europe. Order2.ai is a product of Digital Rally GmbH, Plattling, Germany.
