What do you like best about Order Time?

I like the reorder analysis because it pretty much automates my purchasing. There item screen loads fast, other programs I trialed loaded our main inventory too slowly. I wasn't sure about cloud stuff, but I'm glad I went with this because I can pull it up on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Order Time?

I'm subscribed, so there isn't much that I dislike about it. Just waiting on some other features like repair orders. It is on their roadmap for 2019.

The only reason I rated the ease of setup as a bit lower is because as a warehouse manager who has been doing everything from scratch.. it took a bit to really get into useing all the features in order time. Now that i've got a handle on it though I really couldn't go without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Order Time:

Give it a try, they let us trial for 30 days before we had to make any decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Order Time solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm keeping my warehouse managed. I have trouble with timely shipping so the benefit is really that order time inventory cleans up my processes. It makes us more efficient, and our customers seem happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the search tool. You have to be super specific about the Male of the product you are looking for - or else you will not be able to find it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
