Orchesi is an app for running a music association, such as a wind band, brass band, marching band, drum band, choir or orchestra. The board uses it to schedule rehearsals, concerts and other activities, and to manage members, sheet music and instruments. Members use it to view the schedule, respond to activities and open the parts assigned to them. Features include activity planning, attendance and availability tracking, sheet music linked to activities, groups and sections, guest musician management, instrument management (assignments, ownership and status), polls, tasks and volunteer sign-ups, and member management with groups per section or committee. Orchesi is available on iOS, Android and the web. Data is hosted in the EU.
