What do you like best about Orcatec?

What do you dislike about Orcatec?

There are many features, some of which I don't use, but it is nice to have the option. I disabled the modules that I did not need in settings. It simplifies the system. in the beggining I was nerveous to change but the Orcatec team made it easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orcatec solving and how is that benefiting you?

Orcatec helps me to keep track of all my customer interactions. I do not forget things promised. This thorough account of details has built a very loyal customer base. Before Orcatec, I would order all my materials and equipment over the phone. It took a lot of time, and when mistakes were made, there was no account of who was at fault. Now it takes me a few clicks the system automatically generates an email to my distributor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is very robust and versatile. Helps to keep organized and get the job done. Also very high quality and looks like the developers are fixing bugs really quickly.
