The customization of the system is what I like best from Orcanos. I have used multiple other systems, and this one was the easiest to build forms and process flows within. Instead of being held to the system's standard setup with multiple fields that will never be used, the organization can decide what is right for them. Also, the ability to create custom process flows with different levels of approval and exclusions was pretty straightforward after using the Orcanos Academy. There are a couple of limitations, such as the number of free text fields available to use and character limits on exports that I wish were a little higher.
