OrcaFlo is an AI sales assistant for WhatsApp, made in the UAE by Nuevo Automations FZE LLC (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone). It works on the WhatsApp Business number a business already uses: the owner links it by QR code, the way WhatsApp Web works, and keeps the number, the chat history and the app. The assistant replies within seconds, day and night, in the language the customer writes in: Arabic (including Gulf dialect) or English. It understands voice notes and photos and answers from the business's own price list, documents and instructions; it is told not to invent a price or a policy. It books appointments into real open slots (Google Calendar or Calendly) and sends reminders, sends timed follow-ups that stop as soon as the customer replies, and turns every chat into a lead with a stage and a hot, warm or cold rating. Complaints, big orders and anything it is not sure about go to a person on the team, with the whole conversation and an alert on their phone. Staff can take over any chat at any time. Website chat, email and Telegram arrive in the same inbox. OrcaFlo connects to HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, Shopify, Zapier and n8n, and sends Ziina or Strabl payment links in the chat. Pricing: Starter $14.99 a month or Done-for-you $100 a month, plus 3 cents per message, with a 14-day free trial and the first 500 messages free. OrcaFlo is an independent product, not an official WhatsApp app, and is not affiliated with Meta. Because it links to the WhatsApp Business app rather than Meta's official API, there is no green tick and some risk that WhatsApp restricts a number; OrcaFlo paces broadcasts and shows a connection health light to keep that risk low.
