Vera by OrbitSales is an AI sales assistant on WhatsApp for travel agencies. It answers customer inquiries at any hour, qualifies them (how many people travel and whether any minor travels) and, on the Pro plan, quotes the per-person price only from rate sheets the agency has approved: a check reviews every price before it is sent, and if it does not match the rate sheet the message is not sent. When a person is needed (to close the sale, for trips with minors or special requests), Vera hands the conversation to the agency's advisor in a shared inbox. Built in Montevideo, Uruguay. Spanish-language interface. Now launching. From USD 99 per agency per month.
