Orbit SA is South African field sales and CRM software for teams with reps on the road and on the phone. Managers see every rep on a live map, replay a rep's day, and get GPS-verified visits matched to the report filed at the customer. Reps fill custom forms with photos and signatures, even with no signal, and a branded PDF lands in the office the moment they tap submit. Orbit keeps a SARS travel logbook automatically, records and summarises calls, answers WhatsApp on the customer record, and includes a CRM, quotes customers accept on a link, and SARS-compliant tax invoices. Priced in Rand per rep, month to month, hosted on AWS in South Africa, with the first month free.
