It connects directly to a live JIRA board and turns a one-sentence feature request into a fully drafted ticket, complete with acceptance criteria, flagged edge cases, and a suggested assignee, in under 30 seconds. Beyond ticket drafting, Orbis keeps the backlog itself in shape. Its Sprint & Backlog Health feature scores every ticket in a sprint and backlog against six Definition of Ready fields (assignee, epic, due date, description, story points, priority), flags what's missing, and can bulk-apply AI suggestions across an entire sprint before planning starts. For teams that already have a PRD, Orbis reads the document alongside the live board and breaks it into epics and tickets, grouped and ready to review, with acceptance criteria and edge cases included on each one. Every ticket that moves to Done automatically updates Orbis's Living Product Guide, a plain-language document that reflects what has actually shipped. No one has to maintain a separate wiki or write release notes by hand. Orbis is built for solo product managers, PM teams, and agencies managing multiple JIRA clients from a single workspace, with isolated AI context per client. It runs on Claude by Anthropic for all drafting, edge-case detection, and health scoring. Plans include a free tier (2 boards, 20 AI drafts per month, no card required), a Solo PM plan at $19 per month, and unlimited-draft Team and Agency plans.
