After using Orbiit, I must say that I'm impressed with its capabilities. The platform matches members within my community based on their interests, backgrounds, and other relevant criteria. This has made it easier for me to facilitate meaningful conversations and connections within my community, which has led to a more engaged and active user base. Their support is very reactive, and issues flagged are usually resolved within the same day. **What do you dislike about Orbiit?** The tool can sometimes be a bit clunky and isn't always user-friendly. It can be manually taxing to set up engagements, which is frustrating. **What problems is Orbiit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our community of experienced finance leaders seek external help to find solutions to their current challenges at work. With Orbiit, they are able to be connected with the right people to discuss their blockers, share experiences and learn from eachother. Thanks to the highly curated matching capabilities, members come out of their 1:1 sessions feeling generally inspired and with the necessary information to tackle their challenges. ### 2. It would have taken us forever to build our own community member matching solution, so we're really glad that Orbiit provides a nice solution off the shelf. The customer support is also really good - I was actually able to hop on a call with the cofounder to give feedback. They always respond quickly. **What do you dislike about Orbiit?** Issues can take a while to resolve, and you can't update a campaign after it is already in flight. Getting more visibility into opted-in users would be nice as well to act as a better admin (e.g. a user is unsure when their match time is and asks us to pull it). Orbiit also has some issues with email deliverability with the emails often going to promotions or spam (though they seem to be improving here). **What problems is Orbiit solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a premium community of software engineers, and Orbiit allows us to pair members together for 1 on 1 coffee chats. ### 3. Low effort, high impact! **What do you dislike about Orbiit?** I wish that we could add more custom questions on the simpler plan. I also wish that we were able to update the standard questions because they do not work for us - we have had to simply remove any question that didn't make sense. **What problems is Orbiit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Facilitating an easy and scalable ways for global members to connect with each other. ### 4. This tool supports relationship building beyond casual networking. **What do you dislike about Orbiit?** As our network continually expands, uploading new members every time we create matches becomes tedious. I would like to see a quick add-on feature for new members. **What problems is Orbiit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run a community of 1K+ operators across a variety of functions. As this presents a diverse membership, Orbiit helps me by matching members in my community with each other based on similar criteria (function, years of experience, startup stage etc). By facilitating these introductions and conversations, Orbiit allows me to provide a valuable member experience. I most recently used Orbiit to support with IRL matching at a large-scale event. This provided another layer of interaction and engagement for the members who otherwise wouldn't have known who else was in attendance. ### 5. They make it very easy to spin up a new engagement, write and schedule all comms according to your own schedule, and see feedback on each matching round. The customer support was also always excellent -- they were fast to respond and resolve any issues as needed. **What do you dislike about Orbiit?** The price point is a bit high, especially if only using the platform to run engagements ~monthly. **What problems is Orbiit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Orbiit allows us to easily introduce and connect members of our community for 1:1 meetings. ### 6.
