Navigation struggles **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fine Art | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2024 **What do you like best about Orange Logic?** The abilbity to store all of our assets in one space and apply filters and tags easily. **What do you dislike about Orange Logic?** Navigation is a bit cumbersome, having to open folders in a drop down side panel instead of scrolling through columns. It can be difficult to locate the exact asset you are trying to find. Customer support is also not great with response time, and some customizations that were originally sold to us as easy and simple, seem near impossible to achieve. **What problems is Orange Logic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having one location for all of our assets and information is super helpful to our collective workflow. **Official Response from Dan Savickas:** > Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, your customer success manager will be reaching out to better understand your navigation and support concerns and help with finding a solution to improve your experience. ### 2. Way too open to interpretation, not clear. **What problems is Orange Logic solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is supposed to help retrieval of photos and photo information as well as physical asset location. It would streamline work here.
