    "VOIP so frustratingly bad that you will have a brain aneurysm : Toky is a terribly overpriced and incompetently built VOIP product. The only Pro I can think of for Toky, is coming to the realisation that even in today's business environment, that western Silicon Valley startup companies can and do lie about what their products will do. This is hugely disappointing and if I was working at Toky, I would be ashamed to be a part of such a dishonest company, because Toky does not work in any respect for the word. "

    "Good service support from the twitter account: If you need assistance from BT tweet them as the social media account is uk based and they can prioritise your issue. We had an issue with our wifi setup after moving house and had a frustrating conversation with the call centre tweeting them had the issue resolved in 24 hours and numerous follow up calls and a discount on our bill. We were really pleased and would use this medium to communicate with BT again. "
