Orak is a contract governance platform (CLM) built in Brazil for companies that need contract velocity without losing control. It connects Legal, Procurement, Sales and Leadership in one structured flow — replacing scattered emails and spreadsheets with intake, a searchable contract repository, automated approval routing and a complete decision trail. Key capabilities: • Structured intake — demands arrive with context, checklists and required data • Contract repository — drafts, redlines, versions and status in one searchable workspace with three views (table, kanban, cards) • Approval routing — automatic workflows by entity, value, risk, personal data and system access, with mandatory justification on rejections • Powers of attorney — validate grantor, attorney, validity and value limits before signature • Clause reviews — route specific clauses to multiple departments with automatic consolidation • Approval playbook — internal rules and forbidden terms that surface during approval and AI analysis • Governance tree — a live visual map of who leads whom, roles and approval thresholds, generated from real data • Legacy import — bring in-flight contracts from spreadsheets, PDFs or SharePoint links • Alerts — deadlines, renewals and next owners before they become urgent Security by design: multi-tenant row-level security, role-based permissions, hashed credentials with session revocation, and audit trails for every sensitive action — including profile
