Some problems do not get resolved within minutes and can take up days to get it back up and running. **What problems is Oracle WebCenter Content solving and how is that benefiting you?** Poor design and interface ### 3. Any time I would go to use it, I would have to log in, log out, or completely reboot my computer just to use the program itself. **What problems is Oracle WebCenter Content solving and how is that benefiting you?** We aren't, we switched programs. It saved us a lot of money, but the program we switched to was way worse than Oracle.
