It's nice that we're able to go into the system and make edits ourselves, even without having to be at the location using the program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Doesn't always process our updates and edits. We have to do the same edit multiple times - and even call support sometimes - just to get the edit/update saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
