Oracle Siebel integrates very well with other enterprise platforms. Also, it brings many features that make this tool very efficient but are no longer being maintained or updated. Lots of "Out of the office" functionality. A lot of Siebel knowledge in the market, many service providers, many IT resources, etc. Good Producto Support. Good acceptance by users. I have done several Siebel implementations to provide CRM capabilities for enterprise customers for Sales, Marketing and Services areas.
