**What do you like best about Oracle Secure Global Desktop?**

It does it's job. You want to connect to your computer at work while at home, yeah it works.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Secure Global Desktop?**

The interface is not intuitive, it's relatively slow compared to other remote desktop solutions, and the mobile version is horrendous as you basically get an entire computer screen smushed to be fitted and presented on your mobile device. There are better solutions out there.

**Recommendations to others considering Oracle Secure Global Desktop:**

Use something else

Problem: Using my work computer from home. Benefits: I am now able to use my work computer from home.

After setup, minimal configuration per user. 

**What do you dislike about Oracle Secure Global Desktop?**

Different user experience between browsers. Bad support for multi display. Windows, and primary Unix/IBM use. Need to use separate software for Mac OSX. 

**What problems is Oracle Secure Global Desktop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access for vital 24/7 staff.
