The interface is very intuitive after setup, and I find it useful for tracking opportunities and automating repetitive sales tasks. Customer support has also been responsive whenever we needed technical assistance, which keeps operations running smoothly.

I’ve found Oracle Sales Cloud really helpful when it comes to managing leads, opportunities, and forecasting. The reporting and dashboards give me a clear picture of how the pipeline is moving, which makes it easier to take quick decisions. I also like that it connects well with other Oracle applications, so things don’t feel scattered across different tools.

Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM is easy to use with the simplest user interface. I am using the purchase requisition tool & it is very simple to raise requisitions in this system. As this is cloud, we can also use this from mobile & it's very excellent. Love using Oracle Cloud applications. Strongly recommended.

We looked at Oracle Enterprise Cloud as a solution against AWS and Microsoft Azure for cloud solutions and were impressed with their support, features, and customization, and easy to implement, and get going right away.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?**

As a startup, they gave us a great offer. They had tremendous customer support and service, what the pricing model was on an enterprise level, and features, which ended up way too expensive and created so many headaches. For example, when they provide database and object storage even though we do not need extra storage, we were being charged!

Needed to run a virtual reality application on a cloud that can handle data points in real time and capture/display data customized for different clients.

The most helpful asset of Oracle is that everything can be found in just one spot. I don't have to use external apps or websites to find what I am searching for.

The least helpful thing about Oracle is that only the desktop version works best for me. Whenever I use the app, I tend to run into problems. The app always glitches, I am not sure why. I am constantly updating my phone and have a reliable phone.

Oracle Fusion Cloud - EPM is helping me by being available. I can check all the information I am seeking via my phone or laptop. I don't have to see Human Resources to get the answers I am looking for, especially if it is on a weekend.

Oracle Fusion Cloud is still growing in the cloud market. The tools and applications development is not smooth using Oracle Fusion Tech. The support service provided is not very efficient.

As a user, it's most easy and user friendly. We can have different tasks for each category eg. Leaves, absences, goals, etc.
We can modify it ourselves.

Something that I don't like is it's notification side. It can be nurtured to see things clearly and a user can see notifications clearly.

Oracle Fusion Cloud is great b/c a lot of other financial platforms out there interface with Oracle Fusion.

I don't like the fact that you have it's not as intuitive for report creation. An Oracle IT specialist has to create report for us instead of users being able to run ad hoc reports.

As a user of Oracle Fusion Cloud - EPM, I have been able to gain a better understanding of my most profitable products or lines of business and, conversely, my biggest costs. This has allowed me to make more informed decisions about where to take my business. The software allows me to build transparent allocation models for profitability analysis, shared service costing, IT financial management, and tax transfer pricing. This has enabled me to see a clear picture of my business performance and make data-driven decisions to drive growth. With the added visibility provided by Oracle Fusion Cloud - EPM, I am able to analyze and optimize my business more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?**

I have identified a few areas where improvements are needed to make this product truly outstanding. Firstly, better API and data integration with other business systems, analytics, and reporting tools would greatly enhance its functionality. Additionally, high-speed connectivity and more cloud resources are essential for effectively processing large amounts of data. Navigation is also a challenge and additional training during implementation would be beneficial to ensure smooth usage. Lastly, the return on investment for smaller companies is uncertain.

Oracle fusion cloud is much faster and simpler than any other erp. Oracle's EBS has been the parent of it and hence, users coming from ebs to fusion can easily adapt it. Even the technical support people can easily understand it, as the backend flow of data and tables remain the same.

The scope of customization and personalisation has reduced in Oracle fusion.

For a client of ours having 20+ entities, EPM provides a good view of consolidated financials. It also helps identify which units are doing better than the others. Love the fact that they have modules for standard processes such as AP, AR, manufacturing etc., and also for HR and Payroll. Moreover, you can even get one tailored to your industry.

They can do better on the customer support part.The Java forms in particular should be made compatible with more browsers. I have struggled to use it on Chrome.

**What do you like best about Oracle Sales Cloud?**

Powerful simple tool to work with sales persons and sales teams, and service persons and orgs. Sophisticated platform that can present and crunch data usefully from the whole company and organisation, plus external/non-owned data. Easy intuitive use of the tool (browser and mobile app), does not need special training to use any of it. Lastly, lower cost than most, I guess it's lowest cost for its category. What's not to like in this product? Top quality, low cost, strong reputed producer for continuity.

For the developers too the building is simple and powerful.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?**

There is nothing to dislike in this product. It has everything a salesperson and a sales org might want from technology.

**Recommendations to others considering Oracle Sales Cloud:**

Take the time to assess and evaluate tools. Software has commoditised today, it's a buyer's market. It is also a builder's market.

Medium to longer term thinking pays off!

In general, opt for tools architected in recent years than long ago. Old tech is truly bad for business. Software is akin to roads/utility.

**What problems is Oracle Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales process and Service process.

Constant enhancements of the tool by us (apart from the quarterly tech updates the vendor makes) at very low costs is one benefit that needs highlighting here. As our use of the tool matures we expect to transfer more responsibility to the tool so sales and service staff can put more of their minds to their work; this tool gives us the confidence that our expectation will survive neatly over the long term. Tools are subordinate to the human mind, and have to be pliable so without much ado. We have no doubts Oracle CX Sales (formerly Oracle Engagement Cloud) can be that.
