Reports are not 100% accurate. separate reports must be run.

the ability to keep documents on file instead of hard copies and digging through files.

**What do you like best about Oracle Product Master Data Management Cloud?**

Great tool to centralize all item master information from desperate heterogeneous systems, creating a single product repository that can be leveraged across all departments.
There were many duplicate items in various systems, we use. To avoid such issues, we made Oracle product hub our single source of truth.
This product comes with User defined attributes which helps in superior classification of items, which in turn results in optimization of inventory.
Oracle product hub is available on premise and on the cloud.

**What do you dislike about Oracle Product Master Data Management Cloud?**

Do not expect everything will be smooth. Initial issues will be there. You may need to apply some patches to fix issues. But eventually things will normalize.

**What problems is Oracle Product Master Data Management Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimize the inventory.
Efficient classification of Product data.
Good supplier and customer collaboration as supplier and customers can be tagged to the product data.
Happy employees as they could find the product at a single place.
