The system access and end user experience is excellent. The system has been well received by non-financial end users, as well as seasoned financial professionals. Directly related to the positive end user experience is the Oracle Smart View for Office (Smart View). Smart View provides a common Microsoft Office interface designed specifically for Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). There is nothing specific that falls into the category of "dislike". We utilize Smart View to report, and it works extremely well.
