It is quite easy to use. As Oracle powers it, it is reliable as well. Peoplesoft team has great work experience, as it was founded many years back when there was no need for HRMS, which makes it much more reliable as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its User Interface is quite old and needs to be revamped as soon as possible. Users also face technical glitches too often, especially when there are large numbers of users come live on the platform at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
