I did not struggle trying to figure out most of the features. **What do you dislike about Oracle PeopleSoft?** It took WAY too many clicks to just get to a resume alone. That drastically affected time sourcing and going through resumes. Feedback from the applications was that it was hard to use as well and sometimes while applying they would just drop off because it was too complicated. It was not the easiest to pull reports with and the data often did not make sense when pulled. I found myself editing the document for hours to get the correct numbers. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle PeopleSoft:** I would try and use the most up to date features if possible. Sometimes it takes an IT background to write a query to get the results you desire and sometimes you can write a query that produces data rather easily. It is accessible online so I can update my time sheet at home. I can check my pay stub on my phone with is very very convenient!! The interface is straight forward. The clickable links to abbreviations for types of time used are very convenient, so nothing has to be memorized! All I need to do is click and all the appropriate letter combos are right there, easy to use! I love this payroll system. I've used several over my career, and this is the most user friendly. **What do you dislike about Oracle PeopleSoft?** The program doesn't work on our laptops at work, which makes it rather annoying to update a time sheet.
