This application provides a comprehensive program for automated flow of data throughout the whole organization. It provides the best features for management, planning, transactions, purchase, marketing, procurement, supply and demand and analytical solutions. It provide an array of critical business techniques like HRMS, FMS, SCM, CRM, EPM softwares etc. It is very flexible, provides multitude of inquiry pages, robust modules, easy access and also gives substantial database for storage of confidential data as well. It is suitable for small as well as large enterprises. The application also provides a large overview on staff, employees, teams and personal progress. It also provides industry specific softwares. It is also integrated with other oracle products making it excellent for use. The training process is also available to have a better grip on the usage of its setups. The application has many features which need to be well organized so that they don’t overwhelm the working process. Menu should be sorted out. Some setups are more complex to use and personalization features should be enhanced in this aspect. What do you dislike about Oracle PeopleSoft? 1) Sometimes the number of moving parts now in a PS infrastructure can make it more difficult to troubleshoot as quickly - but it keeps you on your toes and moving forward 2) The split of CS and HR so soon after the merge, but I understand why it happened 3) The patching process for individual components with oPatch can be confusing, especially in a non-Oracle based shop. 4) Need additional support/tools to help in-house staff, and make education less expensive; more direct support and usage checks by a dedicated AE Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It saves all important information for company imperialist allows the user to remain updated and it is user friendly. It can be used through just web there's no need to install it. Oracle PeopleSoft endows the users with integrated ERP software package. It gets you accomplish the functions related to daily tasks and comes up with audit management. It facilitates compliance tracking and has built in asset tracking feature. Organizations have plethora of benefits with PeopleSoft time sheets, expense reports, financial reports and paid time-off portals. It helps you organizing the employees throughout the process. It keeps everything in a company, streamlined from payroll and personal data. Oracle helps in defining the salary structures as well. What do you dislike about Oracle PeopleSoft? On one hand Oracle PeopleSoft is much profitable and on the other hand shows the darker side. Unfortunately it neither has a free version nor does it offer free trial. The functionalities provided by Oracle PeopleSoft are however difficult to understand for the beginners. Thus it is not user friendly as does not provide any guide. It should provide additional support as customer services are not up-to mark. Sometimes the paycheck reviewing takes a lot of time to load. Recommendations to others considering Oracle PeopleSoft: Most new companies or existing who had bad PeopleSoft implementation are moving to Cloud products such as Workday and Oracle HCM Cloud. However, if there is nothing broken in your existing PeopleSoft implementation or if your organization can not afford to miss out the ability to customize or if your organization uses certain modules in PeopleSoft that not matured in cloud products yet, there is no reason to switch. I believe the main virtue within Oracle's Peoplesoft Suites is the level of detail into each and every process an enterprise may ever think or thought about. The financial suite's plenty of scenarios configuration and customization according to your business particular cicumstances is amazing, taking in consideration how well it can also interact with other platforms. Peoplesoft is robust. I've implemented part of the financial suite on differente kinds of organizations from Financial companies to Universities and it seems to, even though is a complex process, satisfy all the needs. This is an awesome software that is super user friendly and easy for every person to use! The best part of Oracle PeopleSoft was how easily and nicely it integrated with the other software we were using at work. We would have an employee login that worked really well and gave us access to everything we needed as an employee including access to clocking in and clocking out and viewing our paychecks. Though the employee login was a separate software, Oracle PeopleSoft flawlessly integrated into it and made it so easy without having to login to another portal.
