The support team was not fast enought to find the solution at that moment. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud:** Out of the box it is a great package for any warehouse but more so for picking and shipping. What we struggled the most was for it to meet our needs of replenishing to the production lines efficiently and having the visiblity of orders being placed by production. We had to cusomize the picking and min/max reports because the seeded outputs are not org to org friendly. It is a great WMS package and very stable **What problems is Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Oracle has always listened to our concerns. In the last 2 years they have been struggling to keep up with our growth rate which has made the system less stable during some periods of time. After LogFire's acquisition by ORcale, they are also less flexible in developing custom functionality for their clients ### 4. It had more advanced features and integration features that the previous system we used. **What do you dislike about Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud?** Searches/queries is not the most advanced field . It seems lackluster compared to the quality of the system and there was some customization that we are going to need. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud:** Highly recommend for large companies or those experiencing massive growth, just make sure to keep inventory recorded correctly from the start because the warehouse shipping is affected. Great for companies with many users because of flexibility and ease of use of the software. **What problems is Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Excellent packing/shipping organization and execution on the software. We can easily see the produciton and inventory issues that need addressed . This software offers a chance to be PROactive instead of reactive. ### 5. It is easy to use and to explain to new employees. It allows us to move material throughout our warehouse and ship the material to our customers. ### 6. Each year we had to manually count inventory to get an accurate count. **What problems is Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** It will capture customer signatures upon delivery on the manifest and can be scanned onto the invoice we send customers. This has helped immensely with ensuring we get paid timely! ### 7.
