Oracle is a great tool to use for multiple people within the company to be on the same page for a project. You can look into the process of a project at anytime. You can see how it and when it has moved to the next process. I loved that I was able to look into the project and figure out so many different parts and pieces of it. Any documents that were related to the project were able to be kept with the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Oracle is so customizable that it can be complicated to understand. When using Oracle I struggled learning the process because it becomes so complex with all the options of making it your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The concept of having quarterly updates is the best benefit for customers, as opposed to traditional Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud?

Maintenance downtimes are the worst part of SaaS cloud. The quarterly updates are too long, the monthly updates due to HCM add additional downtimes, and the multiple infrastructure updates have been painful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
