Before I worked with MICROS it was a nightmare, now I am happy with the outstanding results in our revenue. We use the system frequently. **What do you dislike about Oracle MICROS Simphony?** What is least helpful is probably the implementation time to set up with software as well as the learning curve was a little slower than usual compared to other systems. **What problems is Oracle MICROS Simphony solving and how is that benefiting you?** MICROS allowed me to dominate the point-of-sale system by allowing us to track better customer sales and process payment information that helped us file our taxes. ### 5. It's been around forever for a reason. **What do you dislike about Oracle MICROS Simphony?** Because Simphony is so customizable, it is also breakable. You absolutely can set it up in a way that will ensure it won't function and it is not necessarily particularly friendly or intuitive for new users. **What problems is Oracle MICROS Simphony solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is definitely a good solution for a super customizable, reliable POS system. ### 7.
