**What do you like best about Oracle MICROS Simphony?**

Ease of updating menu items, prices, sales history and p-mix

**What do you dislike about Oracle MICROS Simphony?**

We opted to have handheld units, they crash frequently, credit card readers are shakey at best with connectivity and operations

**What problems is Oracle MICROS Simphony solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Updated POS, old system wasn't worked on any longer.  Cloud based system easier to control
