The Robustness of the system is the most appreciable part of this software. It can handle huge amount to data load without any flaw and can process them effortlessly. For a retail business enterprise with more than 1 million inventory items, 3500 stores and 1 billion transactions per quarter, this is the best system which can handle these numbers. The User Interface is the one which I disliked the most. It is still oracle forms based User Interface which can be improved a way lot extent. There are lots of bugs in the systems which are reported by the users, whose fixes are continuously applied. The older version is sometimes very laggy, which is improved in the newer version. We use oracle RMS in the department store company I currently work for, wich is one of the largest department stores in central america. The product is great, we also have other oracle appd like reim and sim along with rms. It is very stable, RMS performance is very good. Currently we run this on IBM Aix, our internal customers are very satisfied with this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some jobs need to be run during nightime, we currently dont have a high availability system for rms, I think some components are outdated like forms, there is no training available in our country for rms and there are very phew techs that are qualified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
